Description
Here at Hyggestyle we are delighted to introduce the Nordic tradition of papercuts. The best known practitioner of this lovely and very hyggelig art form was Hans Christian Andersen, who used to make paper cuttings while he was telling a fairy tale, then give them to the children listening to him.
Our wonderful Viking long ship greetings card was inspired by a fabulous visit to the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde (well worth a visit!) and looks wonderful hung in a window all year round; it is hung on twine, and is presented on a pale blue gift card, so your recipient can store it safely for Christmas year after year.
Our paper cuts are designed and made here exclusively at Hyggestyle, and are made of FSC certified paper. Packaged in biodegradable wrapping.
