CHRISTMAS 2024 update

Our last shipping date for UK Christmas delivery is Friday 20th December; for international orders to the US, Canada, NZ and Australia the last shipping date is Friday 6th December, to allow items  plenty of time to clear customs.

UK ORDERS

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email saying your order is being processed, and another one confirming completion as soon as it has been despatched.

We charge a flat fee of £3.95 for standard postage and packing for orders to the UK and N.Ireland under £30, above £30 it’s free. We aim to despatch most orders within two working days of receiving them, although at peak periods it may take longer. If your order is urgent please do get in touch on 0800 012 4116.

Should an item be out of stock or unavailable for some reason, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange either a substitute or place the item on backorder. (Please allow 28 days for delivery in rare circumstances).

We try to recycle as much of our packing materials as possible (we’ve got a team of elves scouring Sussex for bubble wrap, beautiful boxes to re-use and paper void fill!) .

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are SO sorry but we can no longer ship to Europe to to increased restrictions, including the introduction of new GPSR legislation on December 13th 2024. If you are in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the US we would be more than happy to send internationally; please email us at info@hyggestyle.co.uk and we will work out the best way to send it to you depending on weight etc. Please be aware that although we will endeavour to send your order quickly, shipments are being held up once they reach Customs and deliveries can take weeks to clear. You my also have to pay additional charges upon delivery.

CLICK AND COLLECT

If you live in the Billinghurst, Wisborough Green or Petworth area you are more than welcome to click and collect your parcel! Please write CLICK AND COLLECT in the comments box at checkout and we will ring to arrnage a convenient time for you. Any postage fees will of course be fully refunded.

RETURNS

We want you to be as delighted with our products as we are, and therefore we offer a 14 day no-quibble guarantee. Should you not be delighted with your order please ring us to obtain a returns code, then return the item to us, unused and in its original packaging. The item must be in a resaleable condition in order to receive a full refund. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you send it to us recorded delivery, or obtain a proof of posting certificate. We are sorry but we are unable to refund the cost of returns postage.

THE LESS EXCITING STUFF

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the details they have provided are accurate and up-to-date. Should a payment be returned due to an invalid card or account being used we will invoice the customer for a full refund of any charges we incur. If a customer supplies an old, incorrect or incomplete address we will not be held responsible should their order not be received. We would refund/send replacement only when/if the original is returned to us by Royal Mail and this would be less any postage, packaging or payment charges we have incurred. To avoid any problems please ensure all contact information is kept up-to-date and check this each time you order.

Faulty products; your products are covered by a 12 months guarantee from time of purchase. If there is any problem with the item caused by a manufacturing defect or a defect in materials please return the item to us following the guidelines above. When we have received the goods, we will make a decision as to whether they need to go back to the manufacturer for inspection, whether a full refund will be made or replacement goods provided. Please indicate if you would rather have a refund or replacement. This excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or mis-use.
