Why birch, I hear you ask? Well, as well as being an excellent form of carbon capture, it is quick-growing, strong, lightweight and has a beautiful colour and texture for the artist to work with. Our birch is sourced from Finnish forests, managed sustainably so that biodiversity is preserved.
