Here at Hyggestyle we have been very privileged to spend a lot of the time in the beautiful city of Kyiv with very dear friends, and like you, we have watched in horror as events have unfolded across Ukraine for the last two weeks. The hospitality and love we receive every time we have visit has just been overwhelming, and our hearts are breaking for the Ukrainian people.
On Saturday, with the help of our fabulous local businesses and the support of my Mum’s church, we held a fundraising coffee morning and raised an amazing £2600 for the Red Cross Ukraine appeal. However we would like to continue to help in any way we can, so we have made some blue and yellow bunting to show our support for our Ukrainian friends.
100% of the proceeds of the garlands will be donated to the Red Cross Ukraine appeal, to be spent on vital humanitarian supplies.
